Ravensburger Animals Of The World 60 Piece Giant Floor Puzzle

Young children will love this first map jigsaw puzzle, which also includes illustrations of cute animals. There are lots of wonderful animals to discover in our world and this puzzle illustrates some of them, shown in the areas in which they’re most likely to be found. An ideal way to introduce maps, the puzzle also shows the major oceans and an illustration of a compass, to help children start to learn awareness of north, south, east and west. Puzzles are a good way to develop object identification and imagination skills. Encourage your child to look at the map and perhaps imagine what it would be like to be aboard one of the boats shown, or to live in a different country. You can also get them to name all the different types of animals. Puzzle measures 70 x 50cm when complete, and is made from thick sturdy board. An ideal gift for children ages 4 years upwards.
